Clean Room but Unfriendly Staff

The stay was somewhat redeemed by a clean room with a comfy bed that made it easy to rest after a long journey. However, I had issues with the check-in process where the front desk staff was unhelpful and made me feel unwelcome. Improving staff training in customer service could significantly enhance guests' experiences.
